My stay at Ha Long Bay Hotel was mixed. While the location was fantastic, right on the bank of the bay and just a short walk from the beach, I faced several disappointments during my visit. The room I stayed in was spacious with a nice view of the ocean, but it had a moldy smell and a huge water stain. which was definitely off-putting. The service was a bit of a mixed bag; while some staff were friendly and helpful, others were quite rude when I raised my concerns.

I recently stayed at Ha Long Bay Hotel and had mixed experiences. While the room was spacious and comfortable, the service left much to be desired. The location, right by the bay and close to restaurants, was ideal for exploring. Unfortunately, the dining options were underwhelming compared to other places I visited in Vietnam. Overall, it was a decent stay but not without its drawbacks. 😊
